What counts as an analysis?

One submission — regardless of word count or which mode you use.

When does my usage reset?

On your billing anniversary each month — not the 1st of the calendar month.

What happens when I reach my limit?

We'll let you know clearly and give you the option to upgrade. We never silently fail.

Can I switch plans?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

The Free plan gives you 5 full analyses per month — no time limit, no credit card.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Institution customers can request invoice billing.

Do you offer custom plans for larger organisations?

Yes — if your organisation has needs beyond the Institution plan, we'd love to hear from you. Contact us at hello@incluey.com to discuss custom options.

Are Incluey's suggestions evidence-based?

Yes. Every suggestion comes with reasoning — grounded in recognised frameworks, community preference, or cultural protocol depending on the context. Where formal standards apply (such as ISO 45003, UN CRPD, UNDRIP, WHO guidelines, or WPATH Standards of Care), these are cited. Where guidance comes from community preference or cultural protocol — for example, how a specific community prefers to be addressed — that context is explained. The result is analysis that is specific, nuanced, and honest about the source of each recommendation, so you can communicate with confidence knowing your words are backed by evidence, not assumption.
