Overview

Incluey is operated from Australia and is subject to the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Where applicable, Incluey respects the privacy rights of users under relevant local laws, including the GDPR (EU), UK GDPR, and applicable US state privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA. Users may contact us to exercise any rights afforded to them under applicable law.

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service. We do not sell your data. Incluey is ad-free.

What we collect

Account information. Your email address and encrypted password, collected when you sign up and used solely for authentication and account management.

Usage data. The number of analyses you have run and your subscription tier, used to enforce usage limits and manage billing.

Analysis history. The text you submit and the output Incluey generates. This is stored in your personal history log, visible only to you.

Billing information. Subscription status and payment method type. Full payment details are handled entirely by a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor — Incluey never has access to your card number.

Your writing and AI processing

Incluey is an AI-powered tool. To perform its analysis, the text you submit is transmitted to a third-party AI language processor, which generates the response returned to you.

That processor does not retain your text to train AI models. However, your text does pass through their infrastructure to generate the response. It is not stored by Incluey beyond your personal history log, and it is never shared with other Incluey users or sold to any party.

Important: do not submit sensitive personal information. Incluey is designed for transforming written communications — job ads, newsletters, policies, and similar documents. It is not appropriate for text containing patient records, client case details, legal files, or any other confidential personal information about third parties. Please remove names and identifying details before submitting text for analysis.

You can delete individual analyses from your history at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data from our systems within 30 days.

Third-party processing

Incluey uses third-party providers for application hosting, database storage, payment processing, and AI analysis. Each provider accesses only the data necessary for their specific function. We do not use third-party advertising or behavioural tracking tools.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access controls ensure only your account can retrieve your analysis history and account data. If you become aware of any security concern related to your account, contact us immediately.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, request deletion of your account and all associated data, and receive your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law — for example, financial transaction records held by our payment processor under applicable regulations.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy — particularly regarding how your text is processed — we will notify you by email before those changes take effect. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
